Last October, IBM — the biggest holder of U.S. Patents — charged Amazon.com with patent infringement in Lufkin, Texas. Today, the two announced a settlement, disclosing only that they kissed and made up "for an undisclosed amount of money paid to IBM and a long-term patent cross-license agreement."
