- First amendment doesn't require law school to recognize religious group despite group's refusal to welcome all joiners. Christian Legal Society v. Martinez, No. 08-1371 (U.S. June 28, 2010).
- President's Article II duty to enforce laws barred Congress from vesting enforcement power in officer he can't remove for good cause. Free Enterprise Fund v. Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, No. 08-861 (U.S. June 28, 2010).
